NASCAR Race Checklist
This checklist is intended to help you remember some things that you may not have considered. We certainly didn’t get everything on here, so feel free to add to it! Keep in mind that most races are on very hot days so keeping cool and hydrated is important! Beer will speed up dehydration. Be sure you are also drinking water while in the stands. We use this list when we go to NHMS in Loudon, NH. and the July race is usually very hot.
