This checklist
is intended to help you remember some things
that you may not have considered. We certainly
didn't get everything on here, so feel free to
add to it! Keep in mind
that most races are on very hot days so keeping
cool and hydrated is important! Beer will speed
up dehydration. Be sure you are also drinking
water while in the stands. We use this list when
we go to NHMS in Loudon, NH. The June race
is usually very hot.

Here are some
good food ideas we use when we go to NHMS:
Breakfast Sandwiches
English Muffins
Eggs
Sliced Cheese
Sausage Patties From Wal-Mart (These are the
best!! They come in a large sleeve with about 18
patties)
Marinated Chicken and Steak
Marinade your meats a week ahead of time!
Buy
fresh meats and let sit in fridge for 2 days in
the marinade, then freeze.
Take
from freezer and put right in cooler before you
head to the race track.
Brats
We
use Hillshire Farms Cheddar Wurst,
but feel free to use real Brats
Cook
peppers and onions on grill on tin foil
Cook
brats in pan with beer
Serve
in soft sub rolls with peppers and onions
