Jackson Falls in Jackson NH
Jackson Falls is very easy to get to as it sits on the side of the road in downtown Jackson New Hampshire. If you’re a waterfall enthusiast, this one should be on your list of waterfalls in NH to visit. It’s ease of access makes it enjoyable for everyone, even from your vehicle.
Jackson Falls is located on Wildcat River and has a total cascading drop of over 100′.
Jackson Falls has two parking areas, one at the top of Jackson Falls, and another at the bottom of the falls. There are also signs at this location depicting the history of Jackson Falls which makes this waterfall very interesting as well as beautiful! See the photos below of some of the signs.
Weddings at Jackson Falls: Jackson Falls would be a great place for a small wedding due to it’s large area and ease of access. Be sure to contact the Town Hall in Jackson for information about having a wedding at Jackson Falls.
Directions to Jackson Falls: Take Rt. 16 to Rt. 16-A (Village Rd.) over the Jackson Covered Bridge (Honeymoon Bridge) to Rt. 16-B (Carter Notch Rd.) go .3 mile to Jackson Falls. Plenty of parking at the bottom and the top of the falls on the right.
