Blair covered bridge is located on Blair Rd in Campton, NH. Blair bridge can be accessed from exit 27 on I-93, go East at the end of the ramp on Blair Rd. Blair covered bridge can also be accessed from Daniel Webster Highway (Rt. 3), also heading East at the Blair Rd intersection in Campton, NH. Located next to the Blair covered bridge is Country Cow Restaurant and Bar. The Blair covered bridge crosses the Pemigewasset River. and is just North of Livermore Falls.
There were other bridges built at this location, starting in 1829. The first bridge was destroyed by a man who said God told him to burn the bridge, so he did. He was found not guilty of this crime.
Blair covered bridge was constructed in 1869 and is listed in the World Guide of Covered Bridges (WGCB), number 29-05-09 and is New Hampshire covered bridge #41.
