The Cabot Creamery in Cabot Vermont is a small operation nestled in the woods and farmlands of Cabot Vermont. Cabot Creamery gets it’s milk from New England dairy farmers that are part of their co-op which actually own Cabot. Dairy farmers that are part of the Cabot co-op provide the milk that’s required for making Cabot cheese. Cabot has been owned by dairy farmers since 1919.
