Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath first floor condo unit with private entrance & private patio! Sleeps up to 6.

Living room has a glowing fireplace that can add additional heat on those cold winter nights, brand new air conditioner for warm summer days & a new queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and a 43” Smart roku TV & DVD player.

Master bedroom has a king size bed with 32” Smart TV, roku & DVD player.

Guest room has a sliding door that leads out to a private patio with wonderful views of the golf course and sounds of the Ellis River. Guest room also has a bunk bed with new twin mattress on top, & new full size futon on the bottom. Guest room also has a 19” TV with DVD player & roku & plenty of toys, games & books for the kids! Also included are two umbrella strollers & a pack&play.

Kitchen has a spacious breakfast bar that can fit up to 3. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including brand new appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher) keurig coffee maker, spice rack with over 20 spices for those that love to cook & margaritaville blender for your favorite adults beverages!!! 🍹 Cheers!

Included in the cost of your booking, guests have access to several amenities at the club at christmas mountain. This includes indoor pool, gym, outdoor hot tub, saunas, outdoor pool, game room, pickleball courts, bocce courts, tennis courts, firepits & BYOB lounge!

For an extra fee, guests can access the Linderhof Country Club. Guests can enjoy access to the 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, country club & outdoor pool. There is also access to the Ellis River behind the outdoor pool
