Keniston Covered Bridge is located on Bridge St in Andover NH.
The Keniston Covered Bridge was built in 1882 and is listed in the World Guide of Covered Bridges (WGCB), number 29-02-02, and is New Hampshire covered bridge #15
In 1981 the Keniston Covered Bridge was removed by cranes and placed next to it’s current location for repairs. The bridge repairs needed to happen quickly as the temporary location was only a few feet above the water level. Any rise in water level would have swept the Keniston covered bridge downstream.
