Seven Rivers Paddling offers kayaking tours, classes, clinics,
camps, and clubs for children, adults, families and mixed age groups
using cutting edge experiential teaching techniques. In addition to
the quality instruction participants learn about the local history
of the area they paddle. Join us this summer for a week long
Adventure Paddle Camp for ages 6-13, tour one of the seven rivers
that flow into Portsmouth harbor, or paddle with our weekly Paddle
Club and meet some fellow kayakers.

in NH
since 1972. One of the trips that Saco bound offers is located
in Errol NH. Errol is the home to Northern Waters which lies on
the Androscoggin River. You can choose between the flat-water
or whitewater trip on area rivers such as Lake Umbagog or the
Androscoggin River. Choose from a day or weekly trip. Canoe and kayak rentals are available starting at $29 and include
paddles, life jackets, spray skirts and area briefings with maps. To get a more experienced tour of the area, choose a guide kayak
touring trip.

North Woods Rafting offers white water rafting tours as well as flat
water guides. For those adventurous souls, white water rafting
weekend adventures from Pontook Dam are available for $60 per person
for a half day trip or $100 per person for a full day trip.
Trip rates include two runs and a meal. There are several flat
water trips available such as float trips for $100 per person on
weekends and $80 per person on weekdays. Trip includes a 2½
to 3½ hour flat water adventures, small rapids, rope swings and a
picnic lunch. Canoe and kayak rentals are also available.

in Wilmot, NH offers the Backwater River Tour which operates
Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 2pm-5pm. The
tour introduces kayakers to the sport. The cost is $45 for
adults and $35 for kids and includes kayak rental, guide and
instruction. The guides demonstrate kayak safety, procedures,
equipment and introduce paddling procedures. The guides also
give an overview of the area.
Contoocook River Canoe Company

Contoocook River Canoe Company is a family owned business that
offers kayak instruction and guided trips. The guided tour of
Lake Umbagog is a three day and two night camping/guided canoe trip. The cost is $245 per person
and includes canoe use, tents, food for all three days and paddling
gear. All you need to bring is a sleeping bag,
personal items and clothing. The days consist of paddling and
exploring and at night, enjoy great food around the campfire.
Great Glen Trails Outdoor Center

Great Glen Trails Outdoor center offers white water trips and
Androscoggin river trips. The white water trip offers beginner
programs and private clinics. The beginner program runs
8am-5pm and costs $110 for adults and $80 for children. The
beginners program is perfect for those who are new to the sport of
kayaking. There is a two person minimum so bring a friend along.
The program teaches you how to wet exit, paddle the kayak in a
different directions, braces, ferrying across the river and much
more. The private clinic is for the more advanced kayakers.
The clinic runs from 8am-5pm and costs $175 per person or $135 per
person if semi-private. The clinic helps you improve your
paddling and master the art of kayaking. The Androscoggin
River trips are either full or half day trips. The full day
trip is 4-5 hours and costs $95 for adults and $65 for kids. The trip allows time for swimming, relaxing and bird watching. It starts at the Pontook Dam and runs north through the Androscoggin
River. The half day trip runs in the morning from 8am-12:30pm
or afternoons from 12:30pm-5pm. The trip offers a relaxed tour of
parts of the Androscoggin River in New Hampshire.
Portsmouth Kayak Adventures

Portsmouth Kayak Adventures offers eight different tours including
The Full Moon Tour, Ladies Night Tour and The Sunset Tour. The
Sunset Tour runs for two hours and costs $45 per person. The
tour runs along Little Harbor’s Tidal Cheeks and marshes. The
Full Moon Tour also runs two hours and costs $50 per person. Paddle along Little Harbors calm waters by moonlight. The
ladies Night Tour runs 2 hours as well and is $45 per person.
This tour is for the ladies only.

trip and enjoy the wildlife that the river has to offer. Canoes and kayaks can be set off at the boat ramp or at the Tully
River canoe launch.

in Dummer NH allows you to enjoy a day on the water fishing,
canoeing or kayaking on the Androscoggin River between Errol and
Milan. Canoe rentals are $30 per day and kayak rentals are $20
per day for a single or $25 per day for a double. If guided
tours are more your style, there are six canoe or kayak trips for
you to choose from. For example, Trip C is about 15 miles long
whereas Trip F is about 11 miles long.

North Star Canoes provides self-guided canoe, kayak and raft trips. They provide full and half day trips. The Sumner Falls full
day trip is 12 miles long and is $50 per person while the Covered
Bridge half day trip is about 4 miles long and costs $25 per person. The trips include boats, life jackets and paddles.
Northern Extremes

Northern Extremes offers three trips. The First Bridge to
Private Beach tour runs three miles to the private 10 acre beach for
relaxing and eating. The First Bridge to Landing is 7.5 miles
to the private beach for lunch. There is more paddling
involved with this tour. The Beach to The Landing is 5 miles
long and is perfect for the newbie kayakers.
